"Super Convenient Hours"
The hours worked really well for us, which made it easy to plan everything around our schedule. It was nice not having to rearrange our day just to make it fit.

"Pretty easy to use tbh"
I used draytonmanor.co.uk to check ticket prices and opening times before our visit, and overall it was straightforward. Most info was easy to find and the pages made sense without me having to click around forever lol. Only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of pages were a bit slow on my phone, and the booking section could be clearer in a few spots. Still managed to get everything sorted in the end though, so no major complaints tbh.

"Really Nice Day Overall"
Had a really good day overall, but I did feel like the ride options were a bit limited. Still enjoyed myself, just wish there had been a little more variety to choose from.

"Such a lovely day out!!"
We had such a lovely day at Drayton Manor!!! what made it for us was how nice all the staff were... everyone we spoke to was friendly, smiley, and genuinely seemed happy to help!! From the ride staff to the people working in the food places, they were all great. We got a bit lost with the kids at one point, and one lovely lady stopped to help us figure out where to go, which was sooo appreciated!! It just made the whole day feel easy, relaxed, and stress-free... Would defo go again!!

"Super Easy Day Out"
The park layout was really nice and straightforward, which made such a difference. We didn’t get lost once, and it was easy to find the rides, food spots, and toilets whenever we needed them. It made the whole day feel way more relaxed and enjoyable.

"Felt Safe and Well Looked After"
I’m particular when it comes to safety, especially when I’ve got my kids with me, and I was really happy with how things were handled. The staff checked the restraints properly, the queues were kept moving, and everything felt well managed. We felt safe all day, which made it much easier to just relax and enjoy ourselves

"Such a fun, chill vibe"
Had a really good time here. The place was buzzing all day, but it never felt too hectic or stressful. The kids were loving it, and the staff were super friendly, keeping everything feeling safe and easygoing. Proper nice vibe overall

"Better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting Thomas Land to be as good as it was, but it really surprised me. The kids absolutely loved it and wanted to go on every ride they could. Everything felt fun and easy for them, and we ended up having a brilliant day.

"Easy enough, just a bit slow at checkout"
Booking the tickets was straightforward, and the site was clear enough to use. Compared to other ticket sites I’ve used, it felt simple and not too cluttered, which I appreciated. The only thing is the payment page was a little slow, so I was waiting longer than expected to finish the order.

"Handled fairly in the end"
We had a little issue after our visit, but the complaints team got back to us quickly and sorted it out in a fair way. I did have to chase them up a bit, which wasn’t ideal, but these things happen and I was happy enough with how it was resolved overall

"The hotel was okay overall, nothing too…"
The hotel was okay overall, nothing too special but it did the job. The only thing that really stood out was how hard the beds were, which was kind of ridiculous. I still managed to get some sleep, but it definitely wasn’t the most comfortable stay.

"Fun day for the kids, but a bit frustrating at times"
Went with my two kids and they absolutely loved Thomas Land, so that part was definitely worth it. The queues were long though, and the food was on the pricey side for what it was. I also tried asking about baby changing and got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which was annoying. The facilities were okay in the end, just nothing amazing. Overall, a decent family day out, mainly because the kids had such a good time.

"Food was actually really nice"
We grabbed some food while we were at Drayton Manor for the day, mostly because the kids were starting to get hungry after a few rides and we didn’t fancy leaving the park. I was expecting the usual basic theme park food, but it was better than I thought it would be. The chips were hot, the burger tasted fresh, and the kids were happy with their meals too, which is always a win. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but that’s kind of expected in a theme park. Overall, I’d happily eat there again next time...

"Busy Saturday, but surprisingly smooth"
We went on a busy Saturday, and I have to say the staff did a good job keeping the queues moving. It never felt like we were just standing around forever. The only downside was that a few areas near the food places got really crowded and a bit awkward to get through. But overall, the rides were well organised and the day felt way less stressful than I expected for such a busy time.

"Nice day, but the food prices were disappointing"
We had a good day overall, but I was a bit disappointed by how expensive the food was for what you actually get. The kids’ meals and drinks added up really quickly, and it took the shine off the visit a little. I’d probably bring more snacks next time. It would be nice to see the pricing looked at, or at least some acknowledgment that it feels quite steep for families.

"fun thrills, but a few letdowns"
we had a good time once we actually got on the rides, and Shockwave was definitely the highlight. a couple of the coasters felt a little rough though, and the lines moved slower than we expected. some rides also seemed to be opening and closing throughout the day. overall it wasn’t a bad visit, I just thought there would be a bit more for people looking for big thrill rides.

The toilets and paths were spotless the whole day. Dirty facilities are such a preventable issue, so it was really nice to see everything being kept clean and well looked after.

"Pretty good for a busy theme park"
We visited Drayton Manor with the kids and ended up using a few different toilets around the park during the day. To be fair, most of them were cleaner than I expected, with toilet roll and soap stocked up when we went in. One toilet block near the busier rides was starting to look a bit messy later on, but it wasn’t terrible and the queue still moved along quickly enough. They could probably do with more regular checks on really busy days, but overall I was pleasantly surprised. 4 stars from me.
